The Birdie table lamp from Foscarini is a modern reinterpretation of the classic lampshade-lamp, diffusing direct light downwards and suffused light into its surroundings. It has a touch-dimmer on/off mechanism which is designed like a branch ready for a bird to roost – hence the name.
