Dew + Drop is a pendant lamp made of two pieces of hand-blown glass. Resembling a dewdrop resting on top of a falling droplet of water, it traps light between its panes, emitting natural shades and reflections in every direction.
Observing and studying the details and the formation of dew and a water drop, light is trapped in between the glass, creating natural shades and reflections all around. Ocrùm’s Chief Designer Sean Zhang devised this concept as a combination of two elements in one lighting fixture. The Dew + Drop series combines traditional craft and contemporary style.
