Target’s private’label Opalhouse brand is getting a Jangalow spin in a new 300-piece collection created in concert with designer Justina Blakeney.
The debut Opalhouse Designed with Jungalow line encompasses bedding, bath, soft and hard home décor, furniture, wallpaper and lighting. Prices start at $10. Most items are priced under $30.
Occasional furniture pieces start at $75 and run up to $300. Top of bed starts at $39, bedding sets start at $35 and sheet sets start at $29. Window panels start at $22, and decorative pillows start at $25.
Justina Blakeney, designThe retailer said its partnership with Blakeney, who is also a Target Home Style Expert, is one facet of Target’s commitment to source and design more products from Black creators and designers. The collection will begin to roll out in most Target stores June 13 and will be available for purchase online starting June 26.

Blakeney noted that her signature design sensibility, Jungalow, and Target’s Opalhouse share an affinity for eclectic textures and colors by arts and crafts from around the world. “And we both have a hard time resisting a good tassel or pom pom,” she said in a piece for Target’s Bullseye View blog.
Adding textiles to a room is the easiest way to add bohemian style to home décor, she said.
“This can be anything from a throw blanket to bedding or window coverings. Having layered, colorful textiles that you can drape over a sofa or the foot of your bed, hang from a curtain rod or admire as a piece of art are all great ways to bring soft, cozy, layered boho vibes into your home — oh, and don’t forget to layer in a few lush planties in colorful pots and baskets to breathe life into the room,” said Blakeney.
